Hi I am Jenay, the Principal Consultant, President, and Founder of Dunedin HR Solutions LLC. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in strategic human resource management, talent management, employee relations, and compliance. I have held leadership roles at organizations ranging in size from over 5000 employees to smaller family-owned operations, where I oversaw HR policies, employee relations, and operations, providing strategic direction, development, and implementation. I hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida and multiple HR certifications, including SHRM-SCP and PHR. I am also actively involved in professional associations and community organizations.
I utilize my unique combination of of skills, knowledge and experience to partner with leaders to align their HR goals and needs with their
strategic vision.
